In this phase, we slow things down and make space to separate outside pressures (expectations, obligations, distractions) from what you truly feel inside.
What happens in a session:
Guided conversation, clarifying questions, and simple reflection tools.

Phase 2:
Connect with What Matters
Clarity isn’t just about removing distractions — it’s about surfacing your deeper values, priorities, and motivations.
Here, we identify the real drivers beneath your decisions and uncover the trade-offs at play (e.g. stability vs. change, comfort vs. growth) whille uncovering opportunities you might not have been able to see.
What happens in a session:
Values exercises, frameworks for weighing options, mapping what you most want to honor.

Move Forward
Insight is only valuable if it turns into action that you can take with a feeling of making progress.
In the final phase, we identify tangible steps you can act on now — whether it’s a single decision, a conversation you’ve been avoiding, or a plan to build momentum over time.

Prioritizing choices, creating simple accountability tools (journaling prompts, check-ins, milestones).
