At The Clarity Practice, clarity isn’t just what we offer — it’s also how we operate.

This page gathers the key information you need about our services, including our disclaimer, privacy policy, and terms of service.

These guidelines are here to create transparency, protect your privacy, and ensure that we begin our work together with clear expectations and mutual trust

What Coaching Is — and Isn’t

The Clarity Practice provides coaching services designed to support personal growth, professional development, and clarity in decision-making.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or psychological conditions.

  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or require treatment for a diagnosed condition, please contact a licensed provider immediately.

By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that you understand the difference between coaching and therapy and agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Your Privacy matters

Your trust is important. Here’s how we handle your private information:

What We Collect

  • Contact details you provide (name, email, phone).

  • Scheduling and payment details through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Calendly, Stripe, PayPal).

  • Notes or materials you voluntarily share in coaching.

How We Use It

  • To schedule and deliver coaching sessions.

  • To provide follow-up resources and notes.

  • To process payments securely.

Confidentiality

  • Your conversations are private and will not be shared without your consent, except if required by law.

  • While we are not bound by HIPAA (as coaching is not medical care), confidentiality and respect are core to how we work.
