A: Coaching is future-focused, action-oriented, and designed to help you move forward. Therapy is past-focused, often involves diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, and is provided by licensed medical professionals. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy.

A: Sessions are typically 50 minutes, conducted online or by phone. We may use reflection exercises, structured frameworks, and action planning. The focus is always on helping you find clarity and take your next step.

A: Many clients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions at the start, then adjust frequency as clarity builds. Packages and retainers are available for ongoing support.

A: Yes. Everything you share in coaching remains private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Coaching is not medical care, but trust and respect are central to the process.

Coaching packages vary based on whether you’re pursuing personal clarity (Pathway) or professional clarity (Performance). Please see the Services page for details.

A: Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. Refunds are not typically offered once a coaching program has begun, but unused sessions may be credited.
