About me

I’m Steven Rosenblum, founder of The Clarity Practice.

My background is in psychology and human behavior, and I’ve spent more than 30 years helping people navigate pressure, competing priorities, and complex decisions so they can move forward with meaningful results.

I was also a NCAA Division I distance runner, and later a Masters level competitive cyclist — experiences that shaped my understanding of effort, tradeoffs, and how progress actually happens over time. Alongside that, I’ve lived the realities of family and relationship dynamics that make decisions deeply personal, not theoretical.

My role is to create a calm, grounded space where thoughtful people can slow down, think clearly, and move forward in a way that feels right to them.
