About me
I’m Steven Rosenblum, founder of The Clarity Practice.
I started this work because I always wanted access to the kind of trusted advice that’s surprisingly hard to find — guidance that speaks to both our head and our heart, and helps us not just see the direction that’s right for us, but begin moving toward it in a way that leads to real progress.
My background is in psychology and human behavior. I’ve also spent more than 30 years in business leadership roles, helping people navigate pressure, competing priorities, and complex decisions — the kind that don’t stay neatly inside the workplace and often carry into the rest of life.
As a former NCAA Division I dist’ance runner, and later a Masters-level USCF competitive cyclist, I also understand the discipline, structure, and motivation it takes to pursue goals that aren’t just objectively measurable, but deeply personal and tied to how we see ourselves.
My role is to create a calm, grounded space where thoughtful people can slow down, think clearly, and move forward — making real progress toward the outcomes that matter most to them, with my insight and help.
